Chances are that someone put it together in a lab the same way you would put together a ham sandwich. Along these same lines, you should buy your ruby from a gemstone dealer that you know is established and has a large customer base. If you go to someone who nobody has ever heard of, there’s a larger chance that you will end up buying something that isn’t completely real.
